Sheryl Main, unit publicist for ‘The Expendables’, has posted again–her first in almost two weeks. She mentioned that Jason will be staying for the filming til the bitter end. They’re supposed to wrap up some time around July 1st. Does this mean that Jason’s character survives all the carnage of this movie? Sheryl says that Jason has a lot more scenes to shoot like “throwing knives and kicking an interloper’s ass on a basketball court(?)”. Also we have lots of pictures soon to look forward to since she mentioned having 3000 of them to go through…let’s hope she shows us some of Jason doing his thing.

Hey Court, I missed you, how you been. Hope you got your car problem settled to your satisfaction. Bring us up to date on Jason and what’s her name. He gives mixed signals. One time you see them he’s wrapped around her shoulder and the next he walks two feet away. At the Guy awards he didn’t look in her direction when he won. And apparently she doesn’t go with him when he works or even visit. Very strange..

Hey guys, you’re too sweet.
Actually I decided to hold off on the lawsuit until I saw what the insurance company was willing to pay. Well after they [the insurance company] agreed to settle this, about a week later they sent me a letter stating they were ‘denying my claim’ because he [the a$$ that hit me] wasn’t liable. I was like wth?!?! He hit my PARKED car! The idiot, we’ll call him ‘Mr. H’, claims someone forced him off the road. BUT there is no proof to this. No license plate number, no physical description, no witnesses, etc. Even the managing directer of Mr. H’s insurance company admits there is no witness to this (even after Mr H’s adjuster claimed there was for weeks). So needless to say I’ll probably be moving forward with the lawsuit. However I doubt I will get anything because this guy has the bare minimum in insurance and has absolutely no money. His house, and teeny tiny as it is, is mortgaged to the max. He’s freaking poor! 😦 So we’ll see. I have other, more pressing, matters at the moment to deal with. Sorry to go off about me.

What do you call 20 lawyers at the bottom of the lake? “a good start”. I dislike lawyers almost as much as I do doctors. They should only be consulted as a last resort, they don’t give a crap about you, only your money.
Court, if you have an attorney I hope you have a very good one, maybe one that wants a new Mercedes. LOL

What is it about water that makes you feel so sexy? My late husband and I loved to skinny dip in the pool at night. The water was so much cooler and no rotten kids splashing and annoying the hell out of you, just the two of us and then we had to dry each other off and one thing would lead to another. He’s gone but his memories linger on..

ah court… i sorry, it’s like these companies try and do anything possible to get out of lawsuits these days. i had a similar problem, the b*tch that hit my car 4 years ago tried to cry poor and i sued her ass anyway thru the ins company… my 4 yr old niece was sitting where my car was hit so me and my sister sued her. i got 2,000 out the deal but at least i got something lol i wouldnt give up on it just yet cause that was a beautiful car, as soon as you get other matters out the way you get what’s owed to you… and if the other matters involve a man then you kick him in the head and be done with it lmao ok i’m done yapping 😀

Aww, all lawyers aren’t bad…I know this because I am one lol (licensed in FL and currently studying for the GA bar). I do understand the sentiment though because unfortunately we do have a few bad apples in this field.
Court, if you need an attorney and depending on where your located, I may be able to put you in contact with one of my old classmates. A few are practicing in NY, TN, CA (not sure if she still does tort law), NC and FL. Very reputable people. Let me know!

I can’t keep giving you kids these free lessons. LOL Nice fluffy soft towels, slow rubs in the right places. And yes, OMG hot tubs are nice. especially with a nice cold beverage. My honey and I visited his aunt and uncle in Battle Creek, Michigan once and while they were at the pub shooting darts we sat in the hot tub with a White Russian while it snowed on us. Sitting in the tub was great, running naked in the snow to the bedroom was something else.
