Sites are reporting that ‘The Expendables’ will be screened in both the PG-13 and R versions to determine which one makes it to the theatres. The writer on Screenrant.com says that guys like him probably wouldn’t go to see the movie if it’s rated PG-13 and wait for the R rated version on Blu-ray or DVD. All I know is I wouldn’t care about this movie is Jason wasn’t in it so it doesn’t matter what it’s rated. I’ve seen both his R and PG-13 rated movies at the theatre. Some guys are taking this news way too seriously.

I agree with you Jayfan i would only go to see it because Jason is in it…..otherwise i would probably wait till the movie is shown on t.v. I don’t see why it would matter if rated P.G.13? If they’re certain actors that I like..I see the movie regardless of the rating.

If its rated R, it better be for whatever love scenes that include Jason, not violence!

I feel like an R rating is more marketable to the demographic that this movie appeals to – 16-30-year-old guys. For all of us, though, it truly doesn’t matter what it’s rated, we’re all going to see it anyway, right?
