MovieWeb.com, among a bunch of other sites, has the ‘Transporter 3′ TV spot. I better start to fire up some tape machines soon. I hope Jason makes the talk show circuit. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen him on one.

I love Halloween! Not for the ghouls and goblins, but for the little kids…and sometimes big kids who come to my door in their costumes and want some treats. I’ve noticed lately that kids don’t scream out “trick or treat” anymore. Mr. Jayfan would make them say it before they get the goods. He says they have to earn it. Ha! We give out a ton of stuff every year and this year I’m throwing in some commercial Rice Krispy treats (the kind you get in boxes at Sam’s Club) with the candy. I’m sure Jason lives behind fences and gates and won’t be giving out candy at his house. That’s one of the sad parts of being a celebrity and not being able to open up your home to strangers during Halloween. I’m sad for him if he misses out on the fun parts of life.
My boss has insisted that we dress up at work this year. She said we can only be television characters so I opted to do the scrubs and lab coat and be someone…anyone from Grey’s Anatomy. You can find amazing and cheap things at the thrift store! I’m not even a Grey’s fan, but it sounded easy.

Thank you to Maria for finding this link with a sexy Jason picture from ‘Transporter 3′! Hubba hubba!!! And here’s the JustJared.com link from her with the same picture.

Thanks to Chris for giving us the link to the ‘Transporter 3′ French website! Am I wrong, or are there scenes from the movie that I haven’t seen before in that trailer? Maybe I’m just so excited, I feel like it’s new every time I see it!

Even though it seems like there’s little Jason news right now, we’ve really been lucky this year. We started out 2008 with the theatrical release of ‘In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale’. Of course, we didn’t get a promotional tour out of Jason for that movie since he refused. But then we got ‘The Bank Job’ which was released only a couple months later. Jason did a promotional tour for that movie. He was very proud of that film. Then we recently had ‘Death Race’ and although he didn’t do the talk show circuit, he did tons of press junkets and appeared at Comic-Con promoting it. Now we just have to patiently wait for the release of ‘Transporter 3′ in less than a month.
How lucky are we? I post for an Adrien Brody site and his last movie release was almost a year ago with ‘The Darjeeling Limited’! He’s filmed several movies since doing ‘Darjeeling’, but none of them have come out. We were counting on ‘The Brothers Bloom’ to be released this month, but that has been pushed back to early next year. Since I’m not allowed to talk about his personal life or post pap pictures, video or gossip articles over on that site….it’s basically almost impossible to post anything. Talk about a dry spell. I’ve been very fortunate with my Jason blog and I thank all of you people who have helped me. Keep it coming guys!

Artslink.co.za is a South African art news and internet service provider with a ‘Death Race’ review. It’s interesting to see how long it takes for one of Jason’s movie to open in other parts of the world. This writer (Feldman) sounded like a true Jason fan.

This writer for Examiner.com gives us a guy’s point of view of the ‘Transporter’ movies and how excited he is for the ‘T3′ release. Most men would prefer ‘Crank’ to ‘Transporter’ so I found it refreshing that this guy (Jason Roestel–good name) says he actually liked the latter.
Sometimes it’s enough to sit back, put the brain in stasis, and watch a ripped English dude kick the holy hell out of anything with a face. Enter Jason Statham’s gloriously ridiculous Transporter films. I’m a dog for the adventures of Frank Martin, former SAS trooper, now full-time karate courier. And like a good dog I sat obediently through the mostly fun, but maniacally dumb-ass Transporter 2. Would I recommend that movie? No. Did I buy the souped-up DVD on it’s day of release? You bet I did. Then I watched both the ( superior) original, and the dumbed-up sequel back-to-back, and with three or four beers for company I went about as close to serenity as I’ve ever been…
Reminiscence aside I literally can’t wait for Transporter 3. Of course I know what I’m getting into with this new Statham film. Once I saw him barrel roll his Audi A8 6.0 to use a CRANE HOOK to remove a bomb that was welded to the car’s undercarriage in Transporter 2 I knew what level of film I was sitting through. And I’m completely at ease with that. If you enjoy this series as much as I do, then check out the new Transporter 3 poster above, watch the new Transporter 3 teaser trailer below, rock out to the Stooges, (yeah, I think they threw that song in this trailer to give it that Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels vibe…) and watch a very healthy Englishman kick the snot out of anything breathing… (As well as take up the sport of BMX…)

Most of you know that I’m an Adrien Brody fan as well as a Jason fan and that I help post on Brodylicious. Well, Lisa sent me this JoBlo.com article about Brody…with a Jason mention! How bizarre and cool is that connection? They bascially say that Adrien is looking at a script whose storyline sounds like a ‘Transporter’ rip-off. My opinion on this is, Jason and Adrien are totally different type of actors. Jason is by far more athletic and not very emotional as Frank. Adrien has been an “action hero”, sort of, in ‘King Kong’, but his acting is more emotional and cerebral. Even if their characters are basically doing the same thing in ‘Transporter’ or ‘The Courier’, their acting styles are so different that you could not mistake one for the other….similar storylines or not. I just thank Lisa for her find and think that if Adrien does do this film, I will be seeing mentions of Jason a lot more in future Adrien articles. I’m just tickled pink that my guys are in the same article!

Wahoo! Just in time for Christmas too! Thanks to Lisa for this MovieWeb.com link which tells us that the ‘Death Race’ DVD and Blu-ray are due out on December 23rd! There will be both rated and unrated versions of the film on both. Now, as Lisa pointed out, what did we miss and will it be on the unrated disc? I seriously doubt we will see Jason in full frontal nudity, but I would settle for closeups of his naked side or backside.
